“彭桓武中心高級訪問科學家計劃”是由彭桓武理論物理創(chuàng)新研究中心/中國科學院理論物理研究所設(shè)立的，旨在吸引國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀研究人員來中心開展科研合作。自2017年以來，本計劃已資助15名學者來中心從事學術(shù)交流與合作，科研成果豐碩。即日起，2021年度高訪計劃的申請工作正式啟動，具體細節(jié)如下： 

　　一、基本條件 

　　本計劃適用于正在或曾在國內(nèi)外知名科研機構(gòu)或者大學工作，具有較深學術(shù)造詣，與我所主要研究方向基本一致，有意來我所從事一定期限合作研究工作的優(yōu)秀科學家。 

　　1. 中國大陸、港澳、臺灣地區(qū)的科研人員以及與中國建立外交關(guān)系的外國國籍科研人員均可申請； 

　　2.  具有正高級（教授）相當專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)； 

　　3. 與理論物理所固定科研人員有緊密合作關(guān)系或即將開展合作研究； 

　　4. 每年訪問1-3月，一般不少于一個月。

　　二、資助方式 

　　1. 訪問期間，將提供不低于3.6萬RMB/月的訪問津貼，用于北京當?shù)氐淖∷?、生活補貼等費用； 

　　2.  提供申請人所在單位到北京的往返旅費一次； 

　　3. 住宿安排：研究所可提供租金比市場價格優(yōu)惠的客座公寓； 

　　4. 辦公條件：訪問期間，研究所提供辦公室、臺式電腦、網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)；可以申請賬號在理論物理所計算平臺進行科學計算； 

　　5. 續(xù)延資助：已經(jīng)獲得資助的期滿考核優(yōu)秀者，可申請延續(xù)資助（注：獲得2020年資助未到訪的高訪學者可順延至2021年）。

　　三、申請材料    

　　1.  申請人本人的科研簡歷一份； 

　　2. 訪問期間的研究計劃一份（1-2頁）。 

　　對于申請續(xù)延資助的研究人員，僅需提供研究計劃。 

　　請申請人將本人科研簡歷和研究計劃電子版于2020年11月30日前發(fā)送至wangli@itp.ac.cn。

　　四、評審方式 

　　由所學術(shù)委員會對申請者進行評審，評審重點考慮以下三個方面的內(nèi)容： 

　　1. 申請人從事研究的經(jīng)歷及取得的成績、進展； 

　　2. 申請人擬開展的合作研究工作的創(chuàng)新性、科學意義和發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?span> 

　　3. 申請人與所內(nèi)合作者的合作情況以及對所里研究工作可能產(chǎn)生的影響。

　　Peng Huanwu Visiting Professor Program 

　　The Peng Huanwu Innovation Research Center for Theoretical Physics affiliated to the Institute of Theoretical Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences (ITP-CAS) (http://english.itp.ac.cn) now accepts applications for the Peng Huanwu Visiting Professor Program for 2021. The Center, funded by the National Science Foundation of China, was established in 2017 to promote original research and collaboration in theoretical physics. Starting from 2018, the Center will offer a short-term visiting program for scholars from all disciplines of theoretical physics and interdisciplinary studies.  

　　Eligibility: theoretical physicists with an academic rank at or above associate professor level 

　　Application deadline: Nov. 30, 2020  

　　Stipend: 36,000 RMB per month 

　　Appointment term: from 1 month up to 3 months 

　　Travel: ITP-CAS will provide a round-trip airfare to Beijing at economy rate  

　　Housing: guest house with competitive rent rate is available
